Each fall, Kentucky Farm Bureau proudly sponsors Ag Day at a University of Louisville football game. Before kickoff, fans are able to interact with farm animals, milk Bluegrass Bessie, grab some KFB swag, and even learn how agriculture and football go hand in hand. The highlight of Ag Day occurs between quarters, when goats take center stage to race one another down the endzone. The goats belong to Sunny Acres Farm in Jefferson county, owned and operated by JCFB’s very own board members Tommee Clark and Sammy Miles.
