Use this form to register your teams. The cost is $100 per shooter, with up to four shooters per team. Teams can pay through Venmo, by check, or by using the credit card payment box below.

- Venmo payments should be made to @bullittyoungfarmer. Please include your team name and the words Sporting Clays with the payment.

- Checks should be made out to Jefferson County Farm Bureau. Please list your team name and Sporting Clays in the memo. Mail to:
